I am here to support high achieving Black women who often feel the pressure to be perfect. My goal is to help you reclaim your voice after experiencing trauma, whether it be in your personal or professional life. Many times, your family history may have shaped you and presented challenges that have impacted your sense of self. My deepest commitment is to help you reconnect with your unique voice and empower you to thrive in your personal and professional relationships."

I understand the unique challenges that arise when trauma silences your voice. Whether it's in your workplace or within your personal relationships, this can lead to feelings of powerlessness, struggle in decision-making, and a sense of being overlooked. These challenges can be even more pronounced for those who have experienced trauma. My goal is to not only help you regain your voice but also to untangle the patterns that have not benefitted you, fostering a renewed sense of trust in your own thoughts and emotions.

My priority is to provide a secure and compassionate space where you can freely express yourself without fear of judgment. To me, the therapeutic relationship is both sacred and cultural.

My favorite therapy frameworks: Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Attachment Focused
